The Mid-North Commercial Node Study identifies areas in mid-north Indy that are ripe for commercial development. It designates five nodes for ongoing planning and targeted investment.

The Target Area Master Plan maps out MFCDC’s strategy for residential, commercial, environmental, transportation, and educational improvements.

The Mapleton-Fall Creek Land Use Plan is an instrument that will help implement a portion of the Mid-North Quality of Life Plan and will further its goals of new housing opportunities, recreational options, improved transportation connectivity and promoting business and entrepreneurship.

The Mid-North Quality of Life Plan is a comprehensive vision developed by community stakeholders that addresses housing, economic development, transportation, safety, education, land use, ecology, culture, and other aspects of of the six Mid-North neighborhoods.
