In 2017, MFCDC completed and sold 4 beautiful, new affordable homes, 3110 Broadway, 3123 Broadway and 3047 New Jersey, 3034 New Jersey.  And while all the families are relocating from other parts of Indiana, they have ties to the Mapleton-Fall Creek community and are look forward to returning “home” with their families.

MFCDC wants to celebrate these families and officially welcome them to the neighborhood by holding an Open House on Feb. 14th from 5-7p. The Open House will be held at 3047 New Jersey where we will embrace homeownership and greet our new homeowners, neighbors, and partners on this special day.
