Reconnecting to Our Waterways (ROW) is turning the annual report into an art experience. This event will demonstrate ROW’s progress on current projects, as well as and reveal PLAN 2020 goals for the six waterways/neighborhoods of focus: Fall Creek, Pogue’s Run, Pleasant Run, White River, Little Eagle Creek and the Central Canal.
