To rent with Mapleton Properties, you must earn 60 percent or less of Marion County’s median income.

We require an application fee of $25 per resident over 18. Renters pay for utilities and must make a safety deposit of one month’s rent. You are not eligible if you have been evicted for owing a large balance within the past five years.

Conveniently located between Broad Ripple and downtown Indianapolis, Mapleton-Fall Creek and the surrounding neighborhoods provide easy access to the best of the city.
