Home Repair Assistance for Homeowners
If you own your home and you meet the qualifications listed below, you may be eligible for MFCDC's Home Repair Assistance program.
Homeowners who have participated in this program have received new roofs, gutters, windows, sewer repairs, and other critical maintenance work. The goal of this program is to help Homeowners tackle serious home repair or home maintenance issues so that they can live in their home safely. All repairs completed in this program are funded by grants and free to the homeowner.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a waiting list for the Home Repair Assistance program. Work is completed according to the seriousness of the repairs needed.

To be eligible for our Home Repair Assistance program, you must:
Make below 80% of Median Income for Marion County (see the table below)
Be the owner of the home and reside there
Be current on your property taxes
Agree to participate in a workshop facilitated by the Indianapolis Housing Partnership
