In 2010, MFCDC is celebrating 25 years of service in the Mapleton-Fall Creek community!
We are reflecting on all the partners and supporters that have made the last quarter century a success; they've helped us set strong roots and a solid foundation for future growth and we are very thankful for their support and participation. 2010 is an exciting time for the Mapleton-Fall Creek community as those roots produce shoots that with more care and attention from the CDC and our partners and neighbors will become vibrant new growth.
Join us on our journey! This website is devoted to sharing information about the work of MFCDC and all the exciting activities in the Mapleton-Fall Creek community. Sign up for our email newsletter (above) for weekly event alerts and a monthly update on CDC news.
