Our Story
Twenty five years ago, people who cared about the Mapleton-Fall Creek neighborhood came together and established the Mapleton-Fall Creek Development Corporation (MFCDC);
a non-profit organization that would serve as the community's tool in rebuilding and revitalizing the area.
As MFCDC celebrates our 25th anniversary, we are encouraged by new trends and renewed interest in our area, and we move forward with a greater confidence that the neighborhood's potential can be achieved. We look forward to working together with our neighbors, partners, and community stakeholders to achieve a more environmentally sustainable, structurally sound, economically prosperous, and socially equitable community!
