MFCDC's Board of Directors and Committees are comprised of neighborhood residents and professionals who volunteer their time and abilities to our cause. Individuals with skills in fundraising, grant writing, finance, economic development, urban planning, and community organizing: we need you! The Board of Directors and Committees meet once a month.

If you are looking for a short-term volunteer activity, MFCDC organizes several events that engage area residents and community supporters in a day of service in the Mapleton-Fall Creek neighborhood. These events are perfect for students who need to fulfill volunteer hours for class credit and for corporate groups who want to make a difference in a community that needs a helping hand. Some of these volunteer activities include:
Neighborhood cleanups
Home maintenance and repair projects
Green space/environment projects
Beautification projects
Safety initiatives
Office projects (filing, data entry, and more!)
