Economic Development
Working together with neighbors and residents, MFCDC is improving long-term economic development for Mapleton-Fall Creek. Various market studies of the neighborhood have been completed with a number of commercial nodes identified as potential sites for new commercial development. The corporation is working with many community stakeholders to both expand current businesses and attract new ones to our unique and diverse neighborhood.

If you are thinking of renovating the façade of your commercial building this grant could help fund your investment. Building owners and tenants (with owner’s approval) can apply.
