Weatherization Bids
Mapleton-Fall Creek Development Corporation has opportunities for contractors to bid on five different weatherization projects with work ranging from installing furnaces to gutters and insullation. THANK YOU, to all, who took the time to bid on restoring and creating homes within our community. We are so grateful, that so many of you visited our neighborhood and homes; attended pre-bid meetings and submitted such competitive bids. It was difficult, but decisions have, finally, been made. Out of the more than 136 submissions, contracts have been awarded.

Lead Based Paint
Any work that disturbs lead based paint will require a Lead Certified Contractor. Federal guidelines are set to change in April 2010, and EPA certificates will be required—make sure your company is compliant and get certified right away!
