If your company is interested in working alongside MFCDC, please fill out a Contractor Application. Contractors must return the application with a copy of the requested attachments (Contractor’s License, Certificate of Insurance, W-9, etc) in order to be considered for work. WBE and MBE’s are strongly encouraged to apply!

Lead Based Paint
Any work that disturbs lead based paint will require a Lead Certified Contractor. Federal guidelines are set to change in April 2010, and EPA certificates will be required—make sure your company is compliant and get certified right away!
